Another man, aged 24, who was arrested on suspicion of affray, has been released on police bail pending further investigations.

Police said 15 people have been arrested so far as part of the Homicide and Major Investigation Team’s investigation.

The other 10 people arrested in connection with Ishfaq’s death had already been released on bail, officials said.

A police spokesman had earlier said that Ishfaq was one of four people who had fled a VW Golf involved in rioting and were pursued by an armed group.
