A sick tourist from Magaluf has been filmed telling a woman that “being 15 doesn’t count as a holiday”.

Footage shows the man joking about wanting to inspect her hymen after being told she was underage.

The shocking outburst was filmed by undercover journalists Ellie Flynn and Emily Birtley for Channel 4 documentary ‘Magaluf Undercover: Predators and parties’.

The pair used uncovered cameras to expose the predatory underbelly of the Mallorcan tourist spot located in the Spanish Region with the highest rate of sexual crimes.

To expose how widespread it is, the pair visited the infamous Punta Ballena ‘party zone’, where they pretended to be drunk to see if men would try to take advantage.

In one case, they talked to a couple of men outside a hotel bar when Emily, who is actually in her twenties, said she was only 15 and on her first vacation with friends.

One of the men began flirting with Emily, prompting his friend to call him a “nonce.”

He immediately replied: ‘It’s okay bro, we’re on vacation, it doesn’t count… it doesn’t matter if he’s 15, it doesn’t count.’

Then he said, ‘If her hymen is full, I’ll know…’

He initially tried to play it off, but then doubled down and said, “I said, I want to see if he has a fully developed hymen or not.”

The shocking incident was one of many Ellie and Emily endured during three days of filming.

In another, Some men took advantage of Ellie while she pretended to be passed out on a lounge chair.forcing her to call security to escape.

In the clip, a man can be seen walking towards her while she has her face buried in her hands.

‘Hey, are you okay? I’m sorry, are you okay?’ he asks.

The journalist proceeded to tell her that he was fine, but instead of leaving her, he asked her if she wanted to ‘talk a little’.

The interaction takes a dark turn when Ellie shook her head, to which the man responded, “You’re my last chance.” Do you want to kiss a little?

Ellie says no again and, after walking away, tells a friend that “she’s completely drunk,” to which he responds, “Let’s go for it!” Let’s go for it.’

‘If you want, I can keep you company,’ the friend said after approaching Ellie and sitting next to her on the sun lounger. ‘Where are you from?’ he asked.

Feeling “really scared,” Ellie signals for help and a security guard runs in.

“I had seen the first two together, but the sudden appearance of another and having no idea at the time if they were together was enough for me to notify security so they could remove me,” he said later.

Ellie also described experiencing “an orchestrated attempt to attack alone drunk women on a night out in Magaluf.”

A group of men watched her for 10 minutes as she sat slumped outside a fast food shop before one of them told her he had a car.

“Why would this man, who has been watching me for several minutes and can see that I am apparently drunk, trying to get me into a vehicle?” she wrote in The Sun.

“He repeatedly asked me why I was alone, where my companions were, and suggested he could help me, all while telling me that I’m beautiful and that I’m much closer than I’m comfortable with.”

During the investigation, the couple, accompanied by a film crew, secretly filmed in nightclubs, on the Strip and on Magaluf beach at dusk.

The documentary also revealed that 48 cases of rape in Magaluf were reported to the police in 2023 alone.

This included a British tourist who was allegedly raped by a man twice her age over the summer.

Another British woman was raped and assaulted on a beach after being separated from her friends in the party area of the Punta Ballena resort.
