WELLS, Nev. (KOLO) -An Elko man died Oct. 19 in a crash on Interstate 80 about 30 miles east of Wells, Nevada State Police said Friday.

Clarence Faulkner, 75, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected and died, NSP said.

Officers responded to the crash on October 19 around 6 p.m. The NSP said the Toyota Tundra was westbound on Interstate 80 when the driver allowed it to exit the road and enter the center median. Faulkner overcorrected to the right and the truck crossed the highway heading west and turned clockwise. It then went off the road and onto the dirt shoulder on the north side of I-80 and rolled, NSP said.

Faulkner was pronounced dead at the scene.
