General Hospital spoilers: Sam McCall’s final goodbye

According to a report from Us Weekly, Sam McCall will make one last appearance on GH, sometime this week. Perhaps the ghost Sam is caring for his loved ones or reaching out to someone, or several people, to say a final goodbye.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) had proposed to Sam right after she came out of surgery, so there’s a chance she’ll visit him.

Then again, JaSam fans have been longing for closure between her and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), so there’s always the option of the iconic super couple having one last moment together.

Regardless, fans should keep an eye on the soap as Wednesday, October 30 is not the last hurray for Sam as Kelly Monaco officially exits GH after two decades on the show.

Since Kelly’s departure from the show was announced in September, GH fans have been on pins and needles waiting for the final shoe to drop.

During the show on Wednesday, October 30, Sam and his mother Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), they were laughing and hugging, celebrating the news of their engagement, when she turned pale and doctors had to be called to her room.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) ran into Sam’s room to help Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) revive Sam.

Despite many attempts with cardiac shock and chest compressions, Lucas reluctantly declared Sam’s time of death as 5:48 pm, after 30 minutes of trying.

As sad as fans are, the silver lining in all of this is that Sam will get some closure in Port Charles later this week.
