DUNKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (KAIT) – A Paragould man suffered serious injuries in a crash early Friday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at 6:50 a.m. Nov. 1 on Highway 164, nine miles west of Steele in Dunklin County.

According to the accident report, Branden S. Vaughn, 36, was eastbound when his 2010 Ford F-150 crossed into the path of a 2001 Ford Shuttle Bus driven in the opposite direction by Larry L. Jarrett, 52. , by Campbell.

After the collision, Vaughn’s truck went off the left side of the road and hit an embankment.

An ambulance took him to Arkansas Methodist Medical Center with serious injuries.

According to the MSHP report, Jarrett was uninjured.
