An FBI raid on Scheuer’s home on September 23 led to the seizure of at least four computers, according to the report. Scheuer denied any wrongdoing to the FBI.

“The criminal charges acknowledge that no one was injured or harmed by any menu alteration. Mr. Scheuer has a disability that affected his employment at Disney. He had a medical event that resulted in his suspension,” said David Haas, the attorney who spoke at Scheuer’s name.

“Disney then did not answer his questions about why he was suspended and then his suspension was inexplicably changed to a firing. Disney refused to give an answer as to why he was fired and made no accommodations for him. He later filed a complaint with the EEOC. “I look forward to vigorously presenting my client’s side of the story.”
