LAKE CITY, Fla. (WCJB) – UPDATE: Lake City Police officers say Venzant Coker has been found and is safe.

Lake City police officers were searching for a man they say is missing and in danger.

Officers say 70-year-old Venzant Coker was last seen in southwest Shenandoah Glen on Thursday.

He was seen wearing blue pants, a black cap and a green and white flannel shirt with a green military jacket.

Authorities say he was heading east on Southwest Grandview Street.
