Orange Cassidy has set his sights on the AEW World Championship, and Jon Moxley will defend the gold at AEW Full Gear.

Cassidy initially chose not to step forward when he was AEW World Champion jon moxley and his stable began to take AEW by storm. But when the faction eliminated Cassidy’s friend Chuck Taylor with a vicious attack on the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, they had enough.

Cassidy came to the ring on the October 30 episode of AEW Dynamite and said he hated talking about being a leader. He highlighted AEW’s young roster and called them the future. However, he said they didn’t know how dangerous Moxley was.

He said that if Moxley had his way, there would be no AEW left, so he realized he had to cut off the snake’s head and stop Moxley. He then challenged Moxley to a world title match and said he would wait to hear his answer.

Update: Moxley accepted the challenge later in the show and AEW confirmed the title match for AEW Full Gear.
