AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA / azfamily.com) — Lawyers for former President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit Thursday in federal court in Amarillo, Texas, alleging that CBS Broadcasting and CBS Interactive are siding with the Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, in this year’s election. .

Trump is seeking more than $75,000 in damages, which he says court records obtained by the KFDAcould reach at least 10 billion dollars.

The filing is in the court of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, whom Trump appointed.

The lawsuit includes several complaints, including the 60 Minutes broadcast on which Harris appeared after Trump refused to appear.

Trump also claims that most people know he will win the election.
