A 65-year-old Vaughan woman has been charged with dangerous operation resulting in death in connection with the death of six-year-old Matteo Caputi.

Caputi was hit by a school bus in the area of ​​Kleinburg Summit Way and Pierre Berton Blvd. around 8 a.m. on June 19.

When York Regional Police officers arrived that day, they found Caputi with life-threatening injuries and he was pronounced deceased.

The bus driver remained at the scene.
