Two teenagers and one adult die after two-vehicle crash in Crawford County

SENECA CITY, Wis. (WEAU) – Three people are dead following a two-vehicle crash in Crawford County.

According to a news release from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at around 11:36 p.m., authorities were informed of a head-on accident between a sport utility vehicle and a semi-trailer on Hwy. state WI. 35, just north of Lynxville in the town of Seneca.

The news release says the investigation shows the driver of the pickup truck, a 16-year-old male, was traveling south on Highway 35, crossed the center line and collided head-on with a northbound semi-trailer driven by a man. 44 years old. older adult.

In the vehicle driven by the 16-year-old, 45-year-old Heather Kramer of Eastman was sitting in the front passenger seat and a 13-year-old boy was sitting in the back seat.

The 16-year-old driver and 13-year-old passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.

Heather Kramer was taken to a hospital where she later died.

The adult in the other vehicle was not injured.

This accident is under investigation.
