A three-vehicle crash is slowing traffic in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – One person suffers minor injuries after a three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 57 and Kansas Road.

The control center confirms that the first call came in at 6:33 PM regarding an accident with injuries.

In a social media post, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff confirmed minor injuries and asked drivers to avoid the area at this time.

Authorities with VCSO say one vehicle ignored a traffic light, leading to the crash. They said one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The road has now reopened.
