Prince Harry And Meghan Markle have bought a new home in Portugal That led to speculation about their intentions to improve ties with the US Royal familyThe Daily Mail announced this on Friday based on sources.

The report noted that the new home could allow Prince Harry to reconnect with old friends from the United States Great Britain. “Maybe Portugal is a place where Harry can escape to with some of his friends. He’s also lost touch with a lot of old friends from Britain, but if he says, ‘Come on, why don’t you join me to Portugal?’ a few days?” said the article’s author, Richard Eden.

In another instance, Eden noted that this acquisition may be part of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s intentions to portray themselves as “rival royals” in Europe. The report further added that “obtaining a Golden Visa would help Meghan develop their plans to become the ‘rival royals’ across the water, allowing them to travel easily around European countries.”

The report also speculated that the new property could bring Harry’s cousin, Princess Eugenie, closer to him. Princess Eugenie lives with her husband Jack Brooksbank in Portugal.

According to the Daily Mail, the new property would be a holiday home for the royal couple.

Eden also set out the benefits of owning property in Europe in its report. He stated: “One intriguing aspect is that, until recently, Portugal had a deal where buying property allowed you to obtain a so-called ‘golden visa’. This now provides unlimited access throughout Europe.”
