It’s after police say he found 32-year-old Derrick Dye Jr.

This happened in February in front of the Ponytails Lounge on East Columbia Street.

Officers say surveillance footage shows the two were wrestling before Dye was shot.

Diaz then left, but was caught thanks to Flock cameras.

We will update this story once his sentencing is completed.
