BHA confirms the change to the start time for the Catterick match on Saturday 19 October

Following the abandonment of the Newton Abbot race on Saturday 19 October, the British Horseracing Authority can confirm that the start time of Saturday’s Catterick race will later be moved to 1pm (subject to disagreement). The starting order of the fixture remains the same.

It has always been the intention that flexibility will be applied as conditions around the protected window change, and moving this race from an 11am start time to 1pm should ensure that there is an appropriate level of British racing on Saturday afternoon takes place.
