Police arrest a Hobart man accused of exposing himself in CBD

A Hobart man has been charged with prohibited conduct after allegedly exposing himself to the public in the CBD.

Police were called to the city center at around 10.40am on Friday after reports of the incident.

With the help of camera images, officers were able to identify the 41-year-old man and locate him a short time later.

The man was arrested and charged with two counts of prohibited conduct.

He appeared in court outside office hours on Saturday.

Police are asking anyone who witnessed the man’s behavior and has not yet spoken to authorities to contact them on 131 444 and quote OR756154.
