Lupita Nyong’o subtly confirms she is single again after splitting with Joshua Jackson

Lupita Nyong’o could be single again after her recent social media post hinting at leaving her relationship.

Joshua Jackson, a Hollywood star, was the lucky man who was in a relationship with the Oscar-winning actress.

The two officially announced they were dating in March, after months of speculation from their fans.

⁠Lupita said her cat gave her hope of one day falling in love again.

“If I’m ever so lucky to be in a romantic relationship again, it will be thanks to him,” she says. “…I was ready to close that door, lock it and lock it. He has kept my heart open.”⁠

“It’s hard enough to go through heartbreak in private. If the world has an image of you in relation to someone else, it prolongs the healing process because the memory is glorified in the public domain.”
