Suspect in custody after shooting in Tulsa that leaves three injured

A suspect has been arrested after a shooting that injured three people.

According to the Tulsa Police Department (TPD), 26-year-old Jiray Clay turned himself in at the jail around 1:50 a.m. today.

The shooting occurred on October 9 at approximately 8:30 PM, just five hours before Clay turned himself in.

An officer heard shots and went to a home near 4300 North Frankfort Avenue.

Officers found three shooting victims in the home.

Two male victims were shot in the leg and a third male victim suffered a gunshot wound to the arm.

All three were transported to a local hospital to treat their injuries.

The victims stated that Clay shot them after a domestic dispute.

They also said he ran from the scene after the shooting.

Clay was arrested for three counts of shooting with intent to kill.
