Jen ShahThe man’s prison sentence has just been reduced for the second time.

About a year and a half after the 51-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum received a six-and-a-half-year prison sentence after being convicted of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and after a one-year reduction a short time later, several more months were shaved off her sentence.

According to inmate data obtained by E! News on October 10: Jen’s prison sentence was recently shortened by another eight months, meaning she will be released from the Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas on December 19, 2027.

If RHOSLC Fans will recall that Jen was arrested in March 2021 after being accused of running an alleged telemarketing scheme targeting seniors, and she immediately proclaimed her innocence. However, in the months that followed, as she prepared for trial, she changed her tune, entering a guilty plea in July 2022 and admitting that she “knew it was wrong.”

“A lot of people were hurt and I’m so sorry,” she said.

While Jen cannot be seen RHOSLC since season three and has been stuck since February 2023, her Instagram page has been updated occasionally. And at one point she addressed claims she had given Heather Gay50, a black eye.

“BRAVO, if I hit Heather in the eye, you’d have footage to prove it,” she said. “Obviously the show can’t live without me as I grew up at the beginning, middle(,) and end of season 4.”

Jen also threatened to sue Bravo for defamation over the claims against her and refused to sit down with her Andy Cohen56, about her fraud case.

“I understand that emotions are high right now as there is a lot of misinformation being maliciously spread to the public as a result of a decision made in January 2023,” Jen’s rep explained at the time. “That decision was not to move forward with a 1:1 interview (with Andy).”

“I feel it is important to make the true events transparent as Jen closes the door on this toxic relationship with the network and production company,” the rep continued. “The 1:1 interview would take place in her home as they discussed the specifics of her case and her relationship with the other ladies of the show. Due to the holidays and the approaching sentencing date, Jen opted to spend time with her family and continue to adhere to the advice of her legal representation – which is why she did not attend the Season 3 reunion in Salt Lake City.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
