Everyone on TikTok is talking about ‘Project Black 2025’ to fight Trump, here’s the tea

Donald Trump’s election to a second presidential term has many black Americans terrified that he will waste no time in carrying out much of the racist and xenophobic agenda laid out in Project 2025, a conservative plan for the country developed by the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation.

Without a doubt, the document — which includes plans to dismantle the Department of Education, cut Medicaid funding, and eliminate student loan relief programs — would have a significant impact on Black people from coast to coast if implemented in its entirety. . But Black people aren’t the type to sit back and wait to see what happens, so they’ve come up with a plan of their own and they’re calling it Project Black 2025.

The idea was first raised on TikTok by a content creator. @mediabuyingbestie. In one post, he suggests that Black people get to work on an agenda where some of the most talented Black professionals contribute their talents and formulate a plan to open banks, grocery stores, and other Black-owned businesses in our communities.

In his post, he adds that instead of supporting large corporations that don’t have our best interests at heart, we should maintain a master directory of Black-owned businesses that make everything from coffee to clothing to personal care items, which We promise to spend. instead, our hard-earned money.

“Everything we use and consume daily we no longer buy from these large corporations. “They buy from each other.” she suggests.

“Maybe there is a silver lining to Kamala not being able to get into office because as a community we are becoming much more united.” he added.

Creator @equlibrium.esencia is trying to help spread the word.

“The way I’m promoting this group, you’d think it’s my job! BLACK PROJECT 2025 is underway!!! LET’S GOOOOOOO” she captioned a post highlighting community benefits.

“They have judges, lawyers, we have lawyers, we have doctors, people who like to skate, whoever you think is your talent.” she said. “You may think you can’t contribute to the group, but you literally can.”

tiktoker @clayreels he agrees that black people should work together to find a solution and is willing to destroy capitalism as we know it to benefit the black community.

“I have my criticisms, but no plan is a bad plan within reason.” he said in a post. “I feel like we can solve problems if we work together and really listen to each other.”

It also encourages viewers to pitch in to ensure Black women don’t fight the good fight alone.

“They shouldn’t be the only ones doing the work” said. “And those who are still doing the work should also not be appreciated. Please don’t let this TikTok algorithm confuse you, most people haven’t given up.”

There has already been an overwhelming sense of support for the app from users who are ready to be the change they want to see in this country.

“This is the dream The new black Wallstreet!!!! ” wrote one user on TikTok.

Interest in the Black Project 2025 movement is spreading. Just four days after the creator posted her original video, there is currently a waiting list join the group as they look for a platform that can handle the overwhelming response from the community. The group is also looking to fill positions with Black cybersecurity specialists, application developers, and network and systems engineers as they build their platform.

Hopefully we can keep the momentum going. Otherwise, it will be four long years.
