SC man extradited back to Richland County, convicted in child abuse case

SC man arrested in Kentucky after skipping trial and extradited to Richland County, deputies say

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – A man suspected of child molestation who fled the state was sentenced Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 22.

Nathan Ginter was sentenced to 40 years in prison after agents said he should be extradited from Kentucky to South Carolina.

According to investigators, Ginter was convicted of abusing his child in 2022 when his daughter was being treated for burns and water torture.
