The cast of season five of What the Love Is Blind is busy so far

This fate certainly did not disappear quietly

It’s been a while since we last saw the cast of Love Is Blind season five, and their lives have changed tremendously from then to now. We saw them desperately trying to find love in the pods, but now a few have settled down, while others have experienced major drama in their dating lives.

From new jobs, to starting new relationships and even having children – in the few years since they did the experiment, this couple has certainly stayed busy.

Here’s a look at what the cast members of Love Is Blind season five are doing so far.

Lydia and Milton

Shockingly, there was only one successful marriage among the cast of Love Is Blind season five, but don’t worry, they’re still together now. Lydia and Milton have been together for a few years now, and during the season six reunion they said they were in a long-distance relationship and trying to focus on their careers.

Milton still works as an oil and energy engineer, the career he had before the show, and Lydia also still works at her old job, as a geologist. Lydia also does some beauty and fashion work on Instagram, and has a Cameo profile if you want a shoutout!

When Milton was on the show, it was said that he had returned to high school, and he will finish that in early 2025. Since the reunion, the couple has moved in together in Houston.

Izzy

One thing’s for sure: Izzy has kept herself BUSY since Love Is Blind. He was dating someone new for a while, then we saw him trying to pursue Micah on Perfect Match, and then he broke up with his girlfriend and it all got a bit messy. During the Love Is Blind season six reunion, it was revealed that Izzy and Stacy had not made things work and were now dating other people.

Izzy then started sharing lots of loved-up photos with new girlfriend Shelby Webb, including getting matching tattoos together. Izzy was then announced as part of the cast of Perfect Match – filmed prior to his new relationship, which was confusing – but he still had no luck. He tried to connect with fellow student Micah, but she was having none of it.

It was then claimed that Izzy had broken up with his girlfriend Shelby because he cheated on her, but he clapped back saying she had made up the cheating rumors to ‘stay relevant’.

Izzy said on TikTok: “When your ex-fiance tries to claim you ‘cheated’ two and a half years ago to stay relevant… But you make Home Depot deliver all her dirt that you collected but kept to yourself because you were the person.” It was all a bit of a mess.

Anyway, now Izzy does branded content with fitness brands on Instagram, sells Cameo shoutouts and appears on a slew of podcasts.

Stacy

After the show, Stacy started dating MAFS alum Ryan Ignasiak, but they have since broken up and Stacy has been hitting her new girlfriend hard! She’s dating a woman named Pame, and her Instagram is full of loved-up photos of them and them sharing their healthy lives together.

Stacy is a personal stylist and posts many of her outfits and influential work on Instagram. She also makes a lot of “get off with me” videos with her girlfriend.

JP

Remember JP? He always wore American flag clothes and moaned at Taylor for wearing makeup. Well, he’s since found someone who doesn’t mind any of that.

He shared a post on Instagram about his relationship with girlfriend Ellen Hense. “Over a year ago I met the sweetest, most loving, caring, amazing, sexy and fun person,” he said. “She is simply the best! 🫶.” This was posted in October 2023, so the couple has been together for two years now. JP works as a firefighter.

Taylor

Despite having a pretty awful time on Love Is Blind with JP, Taylor has clearly put all that behind her as she is now in a new relationship and expecting a baby! After the show, she officially joined Cameron Shelton as they attended a wedding together – their first Insta post was captioned: “Found my plus one.”

The couple is now expecting their first child together and explained that the news is extra special because they experienced a pregnancy loss earlier this year. She told PEOPLE that she was due in April, saying, “Words really can’t express how excited Cam and I are for this next chapter of our lives! The past few months of our lives have had many ups and downs, but one thing has never changed: our love for each other and our faith.”

Johnny

Johnie didn’t have the best luck on Love Is Blind. During the season six reunion, she revealed that she and castmate Chris had dated after the pods, but broke up because he cheated on her. Then, after the show, she said she was dating someone new and was totally in love, but it looks like she’s now deleted all traces of him from her social media, so that’s not a good look.

Johnie currently works as a lawyer and spends a lot of time going out and vacationing with friends.
