Thomas Quinn, 25, was arrested after he skirted strict rules on his name and movements by identifying himself as ‘Chloee’ and using multiple female names on Snapchat and TikTok to communicate with teenagers and ask them for sex.

During the exchanges, Quinn, who classifies herself as a “femboy bombshell,” messaged a 13-year-old girl saying, “Can you date me? I love you. Are you a virgin?’.

A second girl, aged 15, was told: ‘Nice, hot, a real 15-year-old,’ while a third, aged 13, was sent a message asking her to show her bra and adding: ‘I love you , Darling.’

During a conversation on the Session app, a girl who said she was nine years old was told by Quinn, “So I could come over?” before trying unsuccessfully to find out her address.

‘My goal is to become a full woman, and this money would go to London and pay for the consultations.’

Quinn was initially visited twice by police as part of routine checks as he was served a sexual harm prevention order in 2020 for having indecent images.

Initially, an iPhone 7 containing two indecent images of children was found in a deleted folder and he later admitted to flouting the SHPO by deleting his internet history.

On another social media app called Session, the phone was logged in under the username “Sophie GF.”

Andrew Sinker, prosecuting, said: ‘The suspect is required under the terms of the sex offenders register to inform police of his current name, including any aliases she uses.

‘But neither Chloee Twitch nor Sophie GF were registered in any police system.

“On the Session app, there is a chat with a user who identifies themselves as 99 years old.

‘After he was told this, the suspect said that he would come to visit them. The defendant tries to find out the nine-year-old’s address, but it is not disclosed.

‘There is another chat log on the session app with a user named Mumrubs2dauCP.

‘The defendant is shown a non-indecent image of a child, while the other user says they are ‘rubbing’ her.

‘She is then sent a video categorized as indecent image Category A and during another chat on the session app with a user called Genny she is sent two Category B videos and then shares the Category A video she has received with this user.

“When the defendant was interviewed, she did not comment on any questions.”

In mitigation, counsel for Quinn, Sarah Badrawy, said her client had been diagnosed on the autistic spectrum, adding: “The defendant has been warned and it is recognized on her behalf that she faces an immediate prison sentence of some length.

‘But we are dealing with somewhat hypothetical situations; they are all attempts. It cannot be proven that they are real people.

“They could always be decoys or vigilantes.”

Miss Badrawy added: “She has hope for her future. She wants to take a creative writing course and is still supported by her parents.

“These are some proactive factors that will benefit her upon her release.”

Sentencing the judge, Mr Recorder Eric Lamb, said: ‘I accept the mitigation addressed to me and that I must take into account your mental and developmental issues in order to reduce your culpability.

“However, I must consider the totality of your transgression.”

He added: ‘I have to consider whether there is a significant risk of you causing serious harm.

‘I am convinced that you are at such risk because of the number of multiple offenses for which you are convicted and the highly relevant previous convictions.’

Quinn will serve two-thirds of his sentence before the parole board can consider whether he can be safely released.

After his release, he will be licensed until 2028 under the conditions of an extended sentence.

After the case, Det Con Stephen Park named Quinn Danvers and said: ‘Danvers is a prolific sex offender and an incredibly dangerous individual, and I welcome the sentence handed down to them today.

“They had no choice but to plead guilty after a catalog of evidence was collected against them.”
