According to state police, they were conducting speed traps along Interstate 91 south in Rocky Hill on September 12.

An officer clocked a driver doing 200 km/h in a 105 km/h zone and tried to stop him.

However, the driver drove through traffic and refused to stop. State police said he used his shoulders to pass other drivers.

The trooper was able to gather some details about the vehicle, which led to leasing information for Patterson-Greene.

A warrant was signed and Patterson-Greene turned herself in Friday.

He was charged with reckless driving, failure to obey an officer’s signal, failure to obey proper rules, failure to drive in proper lane, improper signaling and reckless endangerment in the first degree.

Patterson-Greene was released on a $1,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned in New Britain Superior Court on November 5.
