A Demarest home that sold for $3.4 million tops the list of most expensive residential real estate sales in Bergen County between Oct. 14 and Nov. 3.

In total, 360 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county over the past three weeks, with an average price of $834,166, or $420 per square foot.

The prices listed below refer to real estate sales where title was recorded from the week of October 14 through the week of November 3, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
