DOLTON, sick. – A Cook County court has overturned some of dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyardthe decisions.

In Wednesday Town Board MeetingHenyard announced 30-day temporary appointments for police chief, local prosecutor, special prosecutor and executive assistant. But in court Thursday, a judge ruled that Henyard’s appointment of Michael Smith as executive assistant was invalid. The appointment of the special prosecutor was also invalidated.

This is part of the ongoing tug-of-war between Henyard and board members.
