CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Division of Police needs your help finding missing and endangered Jason Moore.

Moore is 6 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds and has short brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was last seen on Wednesday, around 5:30 pm in the 4400 block of West 57th Street.

He was wearing a gray US Polo hoodie and white Nike shoes.

Jason has indicated he may harm himself, according to police.

He is known to frequent local parks, especially Cleveland Metroparks’ Rocky River Preserve, Coe Lake in Berea, and Valley View Park.

He drives a silver Dodge Ram with Ohio license plate GUR-2915.
