MPD Felony Arrests: October 2-14

The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 2
♦ Mitchell Moses III, 43, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement and theft.

OCTOBER 4
♦ John A. Euler, 50, of Catalina Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a drug offense and a drug offense.

OCTOBER 6
♦ Maggie Marie Doffin, 23, of Division Street, West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.

OCTOBER 8
♦ Gercobe Arnell McClain Jr., 37, of Scotch Moss Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, speeding to evade arrest eluding, two drug offenses, child molestation, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon while minor was present, and nine motor vehicle violations.

OCTOBER 11
♦ Elijah Peru Jamison, 18, of Havenbrook Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Ricky Wayne Turner, 60, of Marlowe Avenue, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive.

OCTOBER 12
♦ Joshua Andrew Moore, 37, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with transporting stolen property.

♦ Walter Javier Rivera, 23, of Avalon Park Circle, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, felony domestic violence, felony against an unborn child and felony against a female.

OCTOBER 14
♦ Tatiana Cepeda, 30, of NE 36th Street, Miami, Florida, charged with attempting to obtain property under false pretenses and two drug offenses.

♦ Duncan Terri’s Hopkins, 25, of Village View Drive, Mooresville, charged with fugitive from justice, two counts of attempting to obtain property by false pretenses, and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretenses.
