Taylor Swift’s brother Austin helps disabled fan get accessible seats at Eras Tour after stadium nightmare

Austin Swift saves the day, once again.

Taylor Swift’s younger brother Austin Swift gave a disabled fan a floor seat at his sister’s Eras Tour concert after the stadium didn’t have good accessible seats.

Tuesday Isabel shared a long thread on X about how he ended up with floor seats thanks to the “Braking for Whales” actor.

“To make a long story short: like most shows I go to, we didn’t have ADA tickets, so we had to change them there,” she wrote.

“The first ADA seats we were assigned (in the 500s) were actually sold on Ticketmaster to people who didn’t need accessible seats but could keep them.”

Isabel said she and her friend were told to return to section 100 to ask to be relocated. While waiting in line, he said they missed Gracie Adams’ entire first set and Swift’s “loving era,” only to be told there were no ADA seats left.

They were then given seats on the floor that Isabel said “did not exist.”

“Then we had several security guards involved and finally they gave us new, real seats on the floor (yay!!!)… that were inaccessible (BOOOO) and this went on for three eras in FOUR sections,” he added.

“By (‘All Too Well (10 Minute Version)’), we had been placed in six areas, we barely saw Taylor, and we STILL had no accessible seating,” Swiftie said.

Isabel said security ordered her back to the 100-seat section once again when Austin, 32, approached them “out of the blue” and asked if they needed help.

The fan said he “heard” their story and invited them to the VIP room with him.

“He introduced us as his friends, prepared our seats, offered us food and drinks and checked to make sure we were okay like a million times.” Isabel remembered.

“When Taylor’s security came to give us the VIP bracelets, they were kind enough to go get my mom and Haley from the 500 to be with us.”

Although Isabel said she was “frustrated with the stadium,” she was “impressed” by Austin’s “generosity and kindness.”

Isabel also shared photos of her with her family and friends in the VIP room of the special moment.

Page Six reached out to Taylor’s rep for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Austin intervened when security tried to kick the fan out because she was wearing a football helmet on her head.

“Hey, let’s not put our hands on people,” Austin told the guard.

The actor then addressed the fan and said, “I’m sorry. “It’s a really cool costume.”

Austin then gave the fan some guitar picks before telling her to enjoy the rest of the show.
