BROOK PARK, Ohio – An intoxicated and belligerent 31-year-old Olmsted Falls man was arrested around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 after his car got stuck in the grass outside the Brook Park Recreation Center on Engle Road .

Police asked the man what was happening. He said, “I don’t know, ask me.” His eyes were bloodshot and glassy and his speech was slurred. It smelled like alcohol.

When police asked the man if he knew where he was, the man said, “Why are you parked here?” He refused to identify himself.
