clemson football faces toughest ACC test yet louisville Saturday in Death Valley.

The Tigers were off last weekend after a win over Virginia two weeks ago. Clemson is three wins away from an undefeated ACC record.

The Cardinals have been perpetually playing in one-score games until Saturday, now on a streak of five one-score games (and going 2-3 in them). Texas Tech transfer Tyler Shough has been good at quarterback for Louisville, but a leaky defense has cost them in games against ranked opponents Miami, SMU and Notre Dame.

  • Date: Saturday November 2
  • Start time: 7:30 pm Eastern Time

Clemson’s football game against Louisville begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday from Clemson Memorial Stadium.

Greenville News reporter Derrian Carter’s prediction: Clemson 38, Louisville 28

Both offenses can explode with high scores, but the Tigers’ defense will generate critical stops or turnovers to contain the Cardinals. Clemson has won 22 straight home games dating to 2013, and Klubnik will play well to continue that streak and lead Clemson to a 6-0 conference record.
