CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A man has been sentenced to three years of probation for his role in a shooting at a College Hill apartment.

Vincent Miller was present at the apartment in April of last year when a shot was fired, hitting a woman in the back of the head.

Initially, Miller claimed the gunshot originated from outside the apartment. However, it was later determined that the shot was fired by someone who was inside the home. Miller was later charged with obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.

Despite the charges, Miller had no criminal record and was not the shooter.
