Heidi Klum credits playing “bedroom sports” with her much younger husband, Tom Kaulitz, for keeping her in great shape.

The 51-year-old model shared her secrets for staying in shape, despite never dieting and enjoying sausages, barbecue and potato salad, in a new interview with the Times.

“Sport in the room “It’s my favorite exercise; it sounds better in French,” Klum cheekily admitted, referring to “bedroom sports,” in the profile published Friday.

“I have a younger husband,” she added about her 35-year-old partner, before saying that their sex is “very good” because the Tokio Hotel guitarist is her “partner.”

However, to answer the question more seriously, Klum admitted that she stays in shape by running “a lot, having four kids” and doing “everything” herself because she doesn’t have an assistant.

“I eat right, I never exercise too much or do too much weight,” she shared.

“People can try too hard. I listen to my body. “I don’t have back or knee pain and I have my husband.”

The former “Project Runway” host, who recently dressed as ET with Kaulitz — has never been shy when it comes to talking about her sex life. In a January episode of “Call Her Daddy,” she he talked about his high libidoadmitting that he likes to have sex “for hours.”

“(It’s) endless, hot (and) wild,” Klum explained. “I think it’s easier for the woman than the man, so why the man (has to) have so much stamina is the thing.”

He suggested Kaulitz has no problem keeping up with him.

“Men are usually the ones who can’t last that long,” she added. “Some can’t do it.”

During the same interview, the “America’s Got Talent” judge detailed the embarrassing moment her daughter Leni, 20, found her sex closet.

Leni, who was called in for the interview, said she “thought it was the best thing she’d ever done” after going through this with her friends.

“My mom got really mad at me after she told me, ‘You can’t come in with my stuff,’” Leni admitted.

The Victoria’s Secret Angel also confessed to getting dirty “on a plane” and “in the water.”

Kaulitz and Klum got married in 2019less than a year after they started dating.

Klum share leni with the businessman Flavio Briatore. She later welcomed Henry, 19, Johan, 17, and Lou, 15, with her ex Seal.
