The City Council launched the challenge in August and pledged a matching donation of up to $25,000. Since that challenge was presented to the community, the program has raised more than $23,000.

The community has until November 30 to donate and obtain funds that the Council will match. To donate, visit the Black Hills Area Community Foundation website.
