BOY’S FANTASY SUITE

Going on his Fantasy Suite date with Joan, Guy said: “My feelings are really strong. “I think I’m falling in love with Joan and I can see this continuing until the end.”

Guy, 66, and Joan drank champagne on a yacht before going snorkelling.

“My children and my sisters adored you,” Guy told Joan about the visit to his hometown. “I don’t know how you feel, but I didn’t think I could feel that way again.”

Juana agreed. “I also had revelations about my heart that I didn’t think could reach where I’m not, and it surprised me,” he said. “And it feels good.”

The mother of four told cameras that Guy made her feel “so hopeful,” which made her decision “so much harder.”

“He’s opened up and been so involved now that it makes me feel the same way,” Joan told the cameras. “It’s certainly as strong as any other connection I have now.”

During dinner with Guy, Joan called their date “one of the best days I can think of” and invited him to the Fantasy Suite, without any stipulations.

“I want to have time off camera so we can talk and discuss intimate things, but when it comes to the physical part, I’m not going to do it with three different people,” Joan told Guy. “So, I’m not going to do it with anyone right now. And I’m going to save that for when I have my last person and the person I hope to spend the rest of my life with.”

The emergency room doctor understood. “I really respect what you’re saying,” Guy told Joan.

With that, Joan and Guy spent the night in the Fantasy Suite.

“I feel absolutely great,” Guy said the next morning. “I absolutely feel like I got everything I needed. I gained intimacy on an emotional level. “It was a very good night.”

CHOCK FANTASY SUITE

Chock sat with the host Jesse Palmer before his Fantasy Suite date to talk about how he was feeling.

“I’m in love with her, and a guy like me just doesn’t rule that out,” Chock, 60, told Jesse, 46.

When Jesse asked Chock how he saw the show ending, the insurance executive said, “It’s either going to end up being a compromise or I’m going to get my heart broken.”

For his date with Joan, Chock and the Golden Bachelorette traveled by ATV to Tahiti. “I’m here with an amazing woman and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life,” Chock told Joan.

Joan told Chock that she knew he would “never hurt me.”

“I started to feel invisible when John passed away, so I think sometimes to be seen, you just need one person to see you,” she said in an on-camera interview. “Chock makes me feel seen.”

Joan then invited Chock to the Fantasy Suite and informed him that she did not want to have a “physical relationship” that night.

“I’m perfectly fine with that,” Chock said.

The next morning, Chock journaled and told cameras that he and Joan had a “fun night” that included champagne and a “big comfy couch.”

“What did we do? “That’s between Joan and me,” he joked.

PASCAL’S FANTASY SUITE

When Pascal spoke to Jesse before their date at Fantasy Suite, the salon owner shared that he almost got engaged the previous November.

“I want to move on, but I’m going through a difficult time,” Pascal, 69, admitted.

Still, Pascal enjoyed a Tahitian buffet with Joan and appreciated that the Tahitian people spoke French. “I feel at home, I feel comfortable,” said the Frenchman. “They speak my language!”

From there, Pascal and Joan participated in a Tahitian union ceremony, where things took a serious turn.

Joan said during the ceremony that she wanted to release her “fear of letting someone into my life” as well as her “fear of not honoring John’s memory.”

“Talking about feeling emotions, I wasn’t prepared for that,” Pascal told the cameras. “You know, I appreciate the idea behind this and I did my best to show him who I am, but my wall is still up. I’m cautious. I’m afraid. “I’m not prepared for that.”

Pascal confessed that the union ceremony “scared me” and planned to talk to Joan about it during the evening portion of the date.

When they sat down to dinner, Pascal got straight to the point. “Today has been a very interesting day for me,” Pascal told Joan. “I wasn’t expecting that.”

Pascal explained to Joan that he had been in love with someone last year and that he didn’t expect to get to this point last year. The golden bachelorette party after his daughter hired him for the show.

“It scares me because I’m having a really hard time letting go,” Pascal said. “I care about you a lot and the reason I wanted to do this is so I don’t hurt you. “I just don’t think I can get to the place where you want me to be.”

Joan asked Pascal: “If you are not prepared, it is one thing. “If you’re never going to be ready, that’s another thing.”

Pascal laid it all out. “I know what love is. I have experienced it, you have experienced it,” Pascal began. “And I care about you like a friend. But I’m not in love, you know? “I just can’t be there and it hurts because we had a good time together.”

Pascal continued: “I need that spark and I just don’t have it.”

Joan told Pascal “it’s okay” that her “heart just isn’t ready.”

“It’s not how I imagined it, but you know, life has a funny way of doing that to you,” Joan said in an on-camera interview.

Pascal tried to shoo away the cameras while out with Joan. “I hate hurting people,” Pascal said. “I’m hurt right now and I’ve hurt her and I feel really bad about it.”

Joan told the cameras that she did indeed feel hurt. “He let me know that he knew how to love and he simply couldn’t; “It wasn’t adorable,” he told the cameras. “It’s hard to be vulnerable once you’ve been hurt. The walls are up again and I feel like a failure.”
