Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs expected exes like J.Lo and Cameron Diaz to ‘defend him,’ source says

Federal agents arrested hip-hop tycoon Sean “Diddy” Combs in September 2024 after National Security raided two properties in March 2024. Combs now faces charges of extortion, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty. According to a source, Combs hoped to have more people on his side. Here’s what the source had to say about his disappointment with his exes, Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was hoping for more support from those who were once in his inner circle, source says

Sean “Diddy” Combs was one of the most popular names in the music industry for decades. The founder of Bad Boy Records helped young rising stars get started. And he also hosted wild parties filled with Hollywood actors, music celebrities, and A-list politicians. Unfortunately, Combs’ empire fell in 2024. Lawsuits continue to pile up against Combs. Several plaintiffs claim that the mogul drugged and assaulted them along with other celebrities present.

A source said Week in contactand that those who were once close to Combs consider it a “social suicide” to have anything to do with him.

“It’s not like they’ve been going around destroying him, but they’ve all been avoiding him,” the source alleged. “He is radioactive right now. Even if he has not been found guilty, his name is mud and it would be social suicide to have anything to do with him.”

The source added that Combs “still totally denies” the arrest. And I was waiting for your former celebrities, like Jennifer López and Cameron Diaz, “to defend him.”

“There is a legitimate fear among a large portion of people in Hollywood, including J.Lo and Cameron, that he could seriously embarrass them if he decides to talk about what they shared with him back in the day, which was quite intimate,” he said. The source continued.

Jennifer López could be dragged into the case as a witness

Jennifer Lopez and Sean “Diddy” Combs have a long history. They met in 1999 on the set of Lopez’s music video for “If You Had My Love” and had a romance for a few years. Lopez and Combs were involved in a shooting at a New York City nightclub in 1999, said New York attorney Pete Gleason. In weekly contact that Lopez could potentially go to Combs’ trial as a witness if the shooting goes to court.

“Jennifer Lopez’s presence on the night of the shooting incident and her subsequent departure in the same vehicle as Combs makes her a witness with firsthand knowledge and she could be subpoenaed to testify under oath,” Gleason explained. “If there are criminal charges or civil lawsuits that are not outside the statute of limitations, this would likely prove problematic for Lopez.”

Lopez could also “offer relevant testimony” in the case of April Lampos against Combs. Lampos alleged that Combs sexually assaulted her four times during her years in a relationship with Lopez.

Cameron Diaz has not publicly mentioned the Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs case

Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cameron Diaz were reportedly romantically interested between 2008 and 2012. However, neither Combs nor Diaz ever confirmed their relationship. If lawyers believe Diaz has any valuable knowledge of what happened at Combs’ parties, They will not hesitate to contact you.

“If you were attending one of these parties, so to speak, and you attended before, or you knew what was going to happen, that is, you knew that a particular drug and drinks were being used that were causing people to be coerced and” “They took advantage and you were there in the room, or you participated, or you saw what happened and didn’t say anything, or you helped cover it up, in my opinion, you have a problem,” attorney Tony Buzbee said in TMZ live. “…We will file public lawsuits and pursue these cases aggressively. Who will be appointed, when they will be appointed; “All of that will come to light in due time.”

Diaz has not publicly acknowledged the current court case or his involvement with Combs in the past.
