Portland woman charged with bribery after offering oral sex to officer to avoid going to jail, police say

A woman who appeared to be intoxicated entered a neighbor’s home through an unlocked door, demanded a lighter, attempted to burn the homeowner with the lit end of her cigarette and then threw punches at the adult son and exposed her breasts to the residents, according to police.

Portland police responded to the home in the 6500 block of Northeast Broadway just after 11 p.m. Thursday and arrested Rosalind Camille Sause, according to an affidavit filed in court Friday.
