Levi White and fellow deputy Zackary King, both ex-Crawford County Sheriff’s Office deputies, admitted to using excessive force during the arrest of Randal Worcester in Mulberry more than two years ago, an incident captured on video.

According to court documents, White was given a prison sentence of 63 months, which is more than five years, by the Bureau of Prisons on October 9.

The judgment also stated that he would undergo psychological counseling or treatment during his stay in prison.

Two Arkansas officers, one officer suspended and under investigation after video shows use of force

On August 21, 2022, White and King, along with Mulberry police officer Thell Riddle, were seen in footage (seen below) pinning Worcester to the ground while punching him.

The video may be disturbing to some viewers. Viewer discretion is advised.

On April 19, Levi White changed his plea, leading to the cancellation of his trial.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Arkansas initially recommended a sentence of eight years and one month for White after his guilty plea.

King, who also appeared in the video, will be sentenced on October 10, with the US Attorney’s Office recommending a sentence of one year in prison
