Springfield man sentenced to 30 years for crash that killed three people

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – A Springfield man has received 30 years for drunkenly causing a crash that killed three people in 2019.

Andrew Lynch, 34, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for three counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of Jamin Seabert, 41, Kimberly Seabert, 39, and Braeden Seabert, 19.

Court documents show Lynch had alcohol and meth in his system when he drove recklessly near the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in August 2019. He led Greene County sheriff’s deputies on a chase when they tried to stop him and ultimately crashed into a collided with another car. intersection of Glenstone Avenue and Kearney Street, killing three members of the Seabert family.
