be “diddy“Combs was hit with two new lawsuits on Monday accusing the rapper of drugging and sexual assault two men who were minors at the time, one barely 10 years old.

Both lawsuits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee.

the lawyer, who has already filed several lawsuits against Combs, said more than 100 people planned to file lawsuits against him for alleged sexual abuse and exploitation.

The first of the new trials claims Combs assaulted the plaintiff in 2005, when he was a 10-year-old aspiring actor traveling from California with his parents to meet with music industry representatives, the Associated Press reported.

According to the lawsuit, he was taken to Combs’ hotel room where he performed several rap songs for his audition. Combs told him he had potential and asked if he was committed to music. The plaintiff responded that he would “do anything,” the BBC reported.

One of Combs’ associates gave the plaintiff a drug-laced soda, the lawsuit claims, and the rapper ordered him to perform a sex act. The plaintiff eventually lost consciousness and woke up in pain and with his pants unbuttoned.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs said he would hurt the boy’s parents if he told anyone what had happened.

The second lawsuit accuses Combs of assaulting a 17-year-old boy who was auditioning for the reality show. Making the bandwhich he produced, in 2008. Combs and his bodyguard forced the young man to perform sexual acts, the lawsuit claims, and eliminated him from the competition when he resisted.

In a statement to the Associated Press, Combs’ representatives said: “Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts and integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.”

combs is held without bail at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center after he was arrested extortion and sex trafficking charges in September, when prosecutors alleged that the rapper and his associates threatened, coerced and abused several people around him “to satisfy their sexual desires,” including forcing victims to engage in recorded sexual activities that he referred to as “Freak Offs”.

His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.

In addition to questioning witnesses, prosecutors are mining potential evidence from more than 90 devices they seized from Combs’ properties.

Combs’ legal team has filed a petition seeking to identify the alleged victims of his lawsuits so they can prepare their defense. They also filed a motion to gag the alleged victims, arguing that their statements could prejudice a potential jury against them.

So far, the rapper has been accused of sexual crimes by more than 120 alleged victims. Combs has denied all charges against him. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the rapper intended to testify at his trial.
