(International) House of Representatives ratifies ‘Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Treaty’ between North Korea and Russia

The House of Representatives deliberated and unanimously approved the ratification of the North Korea-Russia Treaty during the plenary session. Russian President Vladimir Putin

submitted the ratification of the treaty to the House of Representatives on the 14th.

The treaty between North Korea and Russia was signed in Pyongyang on June 19 by Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The key point is that if one of the two sides is in a state of war as a result of an armed invasion, the other will provide military support.
