Florida man sentenced to four concurrent life sentences

ESCMBIA COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – An Orlando man was sentenced to four concurrent life sentences for violating the terms of his probation as a sex offender.

Donald Sprinkle, 63, was sentenced in 2005 to 23 years in prison on a charge of sexual assault, followed by two years of probation.

Sprinkle was released on supervised release after serving much of his sentence.

During a home visit, his probation officer allegedly found a photo of a young boy on Sprinkle’s cell phone, which violated his probation.

The ruling took place last week.
