The lawsuit alleges that the plaintiff, unnamed and listed as Jane Doe, found an empty bedroom to lie down as a resting place.

“Shortly thereafter, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” the complaint alleges. “Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazy look in his eye, grabbed her and said, ‘You’re ready to party.’

The Jane Doe claims she was pinned down and raped by Combs while the male and female celebrity watched. When he tried to force her to perform oral sex, she claims she fought him, grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, “wandering naked through the house looking for the exit.”

The suit says she put on her clothes and went to a gas station, where a clerk noticed her distress and let her use the work phone to call her father.

Diddy has maintained his innocence, his lawyers say The mail, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually abused anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
