Diddy’s life was turned upside down in September when he was arrested and indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. The rap mogul, father of seven, has pleaded not guilty and denied all charges.

He will remain behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York before his trial begins in May 2025.

Recently, Diddy’s six eldest children expressed their support for their father in a rare public statement.

“This past month has devastated our family,” they shared in a joint Instagram post on Tuesday, October 22. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories and false stories that have grown into absurdity on social media. We stand united and support you every step of the way.”

In his latest podcast interview, Cannon expressed doubt about some of the accusations Diddy, 54, is facing, saying, “I think so many things are sensational.”

He also denied seeing anything inappropriate at Diddy’s infamous parties.

“I’m leaving early,” he said. “I’m the DJ. When it’s time to wrap up, I’m gone. … Presumably, whatever they have, we’ll see in May.

In addition to being a rapper and entrepreneur, Diddy is the proud father of seven children. The rapper started his family in 1993 when he and fashion designer Misa Hylton welcomed a baby boy. Earlier this month, Cannon appeared on the radio show “The Breakfast Club” and admitted that he was a “kid” around “16, 17” when he first went to one of Diddy’s parties.

“Everyone is afraid to talk because they probably have something to hide,” said the TV presenter, who stated that he does not drink or use drugs. ‘I have nothing to hide. I was out there in Harlem shaking and doing all that stuff, but it wasn’t – come on, anything.

“People are on pause and stuff,” Cannon added, presumably of other celebrities who have remained silent about their Diddy party past. ‘What are you hiding? Why do you always think like that?”

In a fourteen-page indictment, Diddy was also accused of orchestrating “Freak Offs,” so-called “elaborate and produced sex performances” that allegedly took place in several hotel rooms.

When the topic of sex came up in his latest interview, Cannon said his thoughts on intimacy have evolved.
