He films his own masked face and then says something into the camera, but it is inaudible because the wind is blowing hard into the microphone as he flees the scene.

He apparently shared the video himself on social media, but the footage was later spread further with the caption: “I need answers because who thought this was okay?”

It has since received more than 9,500 likes and more than 175 comments from people shaming the deranged attacker.

One user wrote ‘what a weird thing to do’, while another added ‘this isn’t’.

A third said: ‘No, that’s attempted murder because that’s insane.’

Another commented: ‘What? Why?’. A fifth replied: ‘This man should be named and arrested.’
