Hill was a well-known figure throughout the Atlanta area, and as sheriff he was responsible for running the Clayton County Jail. His methods of running that prison came into question, he was prosecuted and given an 18-month prison sentence. In this part 1 of his interview we learn new facts surrounding this case.
