How will Melanie Pearson (Lucinda Cowden) feel?

Monday October 21

We skip ahead to Nell’s (Ayisha Salem-Towner) shock arrival last week – and she’s caught Terese red-handed with a bottle of wine.

Terese quickly comes up with an explanation and lies that she considered drinking but hadn’t done anything about it. She pressures her to keep the secret in return for not telling Toadie (Ryan Moloney) that she snuck into Erinsborough without his permission.

She accepts the deal, but later asks JJ (Riley Bryant) to keep a close eye on her…

Susan (Jackie Woodburne) has her own concerns and visits Terese to check on her well-being. Susan is suspicious when she almost slips with her lie about not feeling well, but when Terese agrees to go to Boylesque, she becomes flustered.

The next morning, word spreads around Eirini Rising that a bottle of Moira’s (Robyn Arthur) wine has gone missing and she is being struck with guilt.

At the cafe, JJ defends Felix and Remi (Naomi Rukavina) suggests to Cara (Sara West) that their son might want to meet his biological father one day – and it might be time to change their approach.

Cara hesitates, but Remi doesn’t pressure her and encourages her to focus on her fertility test that evening. Later, she agrees to give Felix a chance… and they arrange to have breakfast with him on the tram.

The reformed criminal also continues his plan to help Holly (Lucinda Armstrong-Hall) with her panic attacks. Karl has his concerns, but Holly is convinced he is a changed man.

The next day, JJ approaches his father and thanks him for not telling Remi and Cara that he left school to spend the day with Nell. However, Felix’s world is turned upside down when Karl accuses him of taking money from the tram.

Elsewhere, Dex (Marley Williams) says he plans to take a programming course at university, but when he overhears them talking about their monetary problems, he worries that his ambitions might be too much of a burden.

Tuesday October 22

It’s Boylesque day!

Love is Certainly in the air as Sadie (Emerald Chan) is equally thrilled and appalled by Wendy and Andrew’s rekindled romance – think a large-scale public display of affection. Rhett (Liam Maguire) plays for Aaron (Matt Wilson), but is shocked when he is knocked back.

As Eirini Rising residents gather outside, Krista fears their protest will derail the event. Fortunately, Susan manages to undermine their righteous anger and the charity evening turns out to be a great success.

After trying to avoid the event, Terese gets swept away and the overwhelming temptation of being surrounded by alcohol becomes too much. After she meets Paul (Stefan Dennis), she secretly has a drink, but is noticed by Vic.

Unaware of her drinking problem, he doesn’t think about it for a second – but she is horrified by the thought of being messed with. After apologizing, she plans a getaway… and succumbs further to her addiction.

The Erinsborough crowd enjoys the raunchy entertainment, while Nicolette and Byron notice a growing spark between their parents.

Jane breaks down in tears and admits to Susan that she is falling for Vic again, but little does she know that her ex-husband still has eyes for Melanie. She doesn’t know she’s in a love triangle.

Elsewhere, Felix swears he didn’t take the money from the tram, and for once Andrew is on his side. Karl is still not convinced and Remi decides that they should make it a police matter.

He fears that he has resigned himself to a life of being judged, but Cara decides to dig deeper and manages to prove his innocence. Felix would like to continue with a clean slate.

Wednesday October 23

Karl is overjoyed when he receives a call from Mike (Guy Pearce), who invites him on a free motorcycle tour of Scotland. Initially reluctant to say anything in front of Jane, he is happy to see that she has developed a renewed interest in Vic and the only thing standing in his way is Susan’s reluctance.

Jane is determined to be honest with Vic and tell him how she feels, but struggles to find the right moment. Meanwhile, Mel gets the impression that he might be interested in her, but he’s afraid she’s wrong.

Krista drives her to be open and honest, but which of the women will get him first?

Byron and Nic have reached the end of the time Vera (Sally-Anne Upton) has given them to find a new roommate, and at Rhett’s suggestion they hold an open house viewing. However, when Aaron arrives to see how they are doing, he is shocked to see Rhett showing his interest.

After his recent rejection of romantic advances and the memory of creepy stalker Logan growing bigger and bigger, Aaron can’t help but feel like history is repeating itself.

Elsewhere, after Andrew’s challenging Boylesque performance for Wendy, they are back on track. Sadie is overjoyed, but soon they start bickering again – and she declares she is moving out.

Thursday October 24

Sickened to death by her parents, Sadie arrives at Number 32 and announces that she is moving in with the Stone siblings. Unfortunately, this puts Byron in an awkward situation: he loves her, but doesn’t want to make such a big leap and move in together, purely because she wants to punish Wendy and Andrew.

Nic urges him to be honest, but his first attempt doesn’t go well and Sadie is left offended. Eventually they get back on track and Byron assures her that he sees a bright future for them both.

Sadie agrees that it is best for her to continue living in the Rodwell house, while her parents are baffled by her reaction to their argument. Wendy is determined to make things right, but Andrew is still in trouble.

Wendy assures him that he’s the only one she wants by her side during a crisis, and they form a united front to promise Sadie that everything will be okay again. She doesn’t believe a word they say and lets them know that she shall are moving, in the hope that it will bring them closer together.

She approaches Byron with the intention of staying with him temporarily for a few weeks, with the understanding that he and Nic will play along with her plan.

Elsewhere, Jane is saddened to hear that Vic has visited a pub to buy something in Gippsland, and struggles when he doesn’t see that she is interested in him.
