Charles Kyote Dunn, 30, was booked into the Stephens County Jail on Oct. 17 on charges of possessing and manufacturing child sexual abuse material and loitering around the residence to surveil residents.

According to a Facebook post from the OSBI, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office requested an investigation into a possible child sex crime in Waurika in January 2024.

The OSBI arrested Dunn, who is also a reserve police officer, based on evidence obtained through a search of his electronic devices that revealed child abuse images.

The Facebook post revealed no information about Dunn’s charges.
