Haughton woman killed in house fire, coroner confirms

HAUGHTON, La. (KSLA) – A woman has died as a result of a house fire in Haughton, the coroner’s office confirms.

On October 15, the coroner’s office was called to a home in the 200 block of S Foster Drive for someone killed in a house fire. The circumstances of the fire are under investigation by the Haughton Police Department and the Louisiana Office of State Fire Marshal.

The coroner’s office has identified the victim as Tammy Grantham Orr, 59.

An autopsy will be performed.
