Healdsburg Winery serves a five-course dinner inspired by Julia Child

Dine like it’s 1969, when “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” was a bestseller and “The French Chef” was must-see TV at a dinner honoring Julia Child.

Jordan Vineyard & Winery in Healdsburg celebrates the grand dame of gastronomy with a five-course dinner inspired by Child’s French culinary masterpieces from 6:15 to 9:30 p.m., Nov. 15.

Served in Jordan’s newly renovated dining room, dinner includes turnip vichyssoise with caviar, quenelles de poisson and veal cheek Bourguignon with mushrooms and shaved truffles, all paired with a selection of Jordanian wines.
